BURMESE CHICKEN MIX

The nutty sweet flavour of this curry comes from dry roasting the spices before grinding. Just add the mix to ginger, garlic, onions and oil and stir in a little tamarind paste. Then add meat, fish, or vegatble cover with coconut milk, stock and let it simmer.
